Getting pre-qualified is easy, but it’s not instantaneous, so start the process as soon as you decide to start looking for a home.

Before you start to look for a new home, it is important to know your borrowing power. In today's highly competitive market, buyers who arrange their financing first have a distinct advantage. Getting pre-qualified allows you to target homes in your price range and can greatly strengthen your negotiating power, especially in multiple offer situations. When you find the property you want, your ability to act quickly can put you steps ahead of other buyers.

Applying for a loan or getting more information is easy. You can call me at 310-689-1152 to ask questions or make an appointment, or you select one of the following options:

• Fill out our Complete Application Form through the secure HomeServices Lending website. This is highly recommended if you are ready to apply. This process will take 5-15 minutes. You will have the option of saving your application at any time and returning to it later if you wish.
• Fill out our Short Application Form through the secure HomeServices Lending website. This will provide me with the basic information I need to assist you with your loan process. The short form will take 2-4 minutes. I will contact you once we receive your application.
• E-mail a request for a mailed Loan Application. Please include the words "Loan Application" in the subject of the message. You will receive a loan application to complete at your convenience. When you are ready to discuss your loan options, just give me a call at 310-689-1152.
• Download the Uniform Residential Loan Application form now, print it out, complete it and mail or fax it to me at 310-689-1352.
